HEAR THEIR SUCCESS STORIES
Over the past year I asked some guests a few questions regarding their journey to success, whether it was building their own business, a lifetime goal achievement, or the hardship they experience to reach present day, I was fascinated by some aspect of each person.
I didn’t limit myself by saying “each one had to be an entrepreneur” or “had to be a success." I just wanted to talk to anyone who made me curious about their lives. I spoke to entrepreneurs, CEO's, Directors, Musicians etc and here's what they have to say..

I am currently running a national charity in the UK, and before I was one of the youngest people to work in Government as a senior policy advisor and deputy head of enterprise. I have also published the book ‘The Grad Job Game’ and won a U18 British Rowing Title. While I would not call it a true success story yet, I was fortunate enough to meet amazing people to help with my journey. I used to be quite shy and uncertain about my path. I first gained my confidence when I did lots of sports, especially rowing. That gave me the understanding of how hard work aligns with success. I then went to university, and while I do not feel the formal education process is always relevant, the soft skills I gained by meeting friends and having hobbies, such as being sociable and learning empathy, helped round up my skills. |

The most important attribute to being successful is to think outside the bubble. To understand that life is not just about climbing another ladder, or to tick a box created by societal pressures, but rather to solve world problems, because life is short. Aim to have an engine (hard work), a rudder (control) and above all, a compass (morals). Surround yourself with amazing people, I am blessed to have family and friends who support me in this regard, and do everything you can to keep them. Finally, have context that our moment is now and if we, those lucky enough to have a decent education, don’t step up to improve mankind, who will?
